For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For made to order pieces, please allow 10-15 business days for processing, plus shipping time.

Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or military bases.​​

• Orders valued from $500-$1499 USD are shipped via complimentary UPS Ground Shipping (3-5 business days) service.

• Orders valued below $500 USD are shipped via US Postal Service.

• UPS Next Day Air delivery service is available for a flat fee of $50 USD for all in-stock items.

• To receive your order next business day, please order before 1pm PST

• All international orders are shipped via UPS International Shipping with a flat $50 shipping fee. There may be delays during peak seasons, including holidays.

• Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. You may contact your customs office for additional information. There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control.

• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
