POLICY
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification.

Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount.
Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. All returns will be go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. (Tangled, scratched etc.) If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.

How to make a return?

STEP 1: To request a return, send an email to info@lemarjewelry.com

STEP 2: Before you send the return, please ensure the item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box *Sending in an envelope may damage the item and we will not be able to accept the return.

STEP 3: Print out your return label and ship the item back to us

STEP 4 – Allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed, once processed you will be notified via email.
Lemar Jewelry is not responsible for return items damaged in the mail. or lost if shipped on your own.

Cancellation Policy
Each order gets processed into our production system automatically, therefore we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Repair Policy
We hope that the quality of our product will withstand all of life’s adventures, however, should your Lemar piece need repair within 30 days of purchase, we will repair your piece free of charge.
You may contact info@lemarjewlery.com with your order number and an image of the piece needing service. For jewelry past 30 days of receipt, additional fees will apply (including but not limited to shipping fees, additional costs pertaining to your repair such as a missing diamond or a remake of a necklace). All additional fees will be discussed with you prior to your repair’s completion.
PLEASE NOTE: Repairs have a processing time of 4-6 weeks, depending on the level of repair required for your Lemar jewelry. During high order volume there may be unexpected delays and longer production times. Items that are lost, altered or repaired outside of Lemar will result in voided warranty.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for the rings collection. If you'd like to exchange for a half size, we can resize your piece, if you are unsure about your size please check our guidance or contact us. Exchanges are only available one time. Please email us at info@lemarjewelry.com with the order details and follow the same steps as the return policy.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or resizing requests for international orders.
Final sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
Instagram Shop orders are not eligible for exchanges.
